Delete your TruzHive account

Draft for review. Replace the steps below with how deletion actually works in your app, and confirm the retention details before submitting to Google Play.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open TruzHive and go to Profile.
2. Choose Settings, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is removed.

Option 2: by email

Email support@truzhive.com from the address or phone number linked to your account with the subject "Delete my TruzHive account". We will verify your identity and confirm once deletion is complete.

What is deleted

• Your profile, expertise tags and topic preferences.
• Your contacts and trust relationships.
• Questions and answers you posted, and any business listings you created.

What may be kept

We may retain limited records where the law requires it or for fraud prevention, and backups are overwritten on a regular schedule. Messages you sent to other people may remain visible to them in anonymized form. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store must be cancelled through that store.
